Twelve armed miscreants entered the house by climbing the wall, tied five members of the family to a cot and looted jewelery worth Rs 17 lakh. The miscreants, who looted the house for about two hours, took away 20 tola gold, half a kilo of silver and some cash. The police have registered a theft report in the case.
